Manhattan based mural and studio artist Tony 'Rubin' Sjöman (b.1975) has painted all over the world and his work has been shown in galleries throughout the US and Europe. Sjöman’s roots are in Finland and Sweden and he draws inspiration from his Scandinavian heritage for his complex abstract geometrical murals and studio works. His murals can be seen in a wide variety of spots in and around the city: on churches in Brooklyn, high-end boutiques in Soho, luxury high-rises throughout Manhattan and on the 69th floor of WTC 4. Sjöman’s studio works are based on canvases, prints and installations and he is no stranger to painting on metal and wood. Rubin's studio work has been on display at Scope New York, Scope Miami and in galleries throughout New York City, Miami and Los Angeles. Sjöman's art has been featured in NBC News, New York Post, NY1 News, Vice Magazine, Time Out New York among other media outlets in the United States and he is also the subject of the art book 'Rubin: New York / Scandinavia' - a much talked about and comprehensive coffee table book featuring the artist’s work. My Heart’s in Nashville
by Steffi Lynn

Meet the artist
Hi! I am Steffi Lynn! I am a hand-letterer, illustrator, and muralist from Austin, Texas. Now traveling the country painting walls to walls and coast to coast! My work is inspired by everyday things, reactions and feelings, and simple imagery from my imagination or my surroundings. I like to create work that inspires people and brings community together through positivity. I am most drawn to the environments I grew up around in Texas, and I love being able to incorporate Texan nature into my works. I’ve also always been fascinated by typography, but after going to school in New York, my appreciation for it grew more and more. My portfolio captures the merging of the two places I’ve lived in and love the most.

by Nathan Brown

Having now produced over 100 large scale commissioned murals for both communities around the country and also for brands such as Red Bull, Wrangler, Patagonia, Top Golf, WeWork, Google, Spotify and more.
