What is TangerClub Platinum?
Platinum members have the ability to unlock the best deals and free gifts and perks throughout the year on the Tanger app. Members that have joined Gold Membership at an annual $20 subscription and have spent more than $500 in their subscription year achieve Platinum status. The annual $20 Subscription is discounted by $5 on future renewal dates as long as the $500 spend threshold is met during the membership year.
How do I cancel my TangerClub membership or subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go! You can manage your subscription directly in the Tanger app. Visit Personal Preference, Membership status, manage payments. This will take you to your customer portal where you’re able to manage your membership subscription plan. Here, you can also update your personal information as well as payment methods. If we do not receive your cancelation request twelve (12) days prior to your renewal date, you will be automatically renewed.
What if I was already a TangerClub Member?
You still are! You will always be a TangerClub member and enjoy all the perks and benefits of our Blue Tier, including exclusive deals, redeemable points, and other member benefits. Upgrade to TangerClub Gold for even MORE!
Where are my exclusive TangerClub deals?
You can access your exclusive deals under "My Tanger" in the Tanger App or from any center’s “Deals” link on the website. Browse Deals, which are available by membership tier (Blue, Gold, and Platinum), and Rewards, which can be unlocked with earned points and can be found under “Redeem Points” in your account menu.
What are Deals?
Deals are available to all TangerClub members and vary by tier. The higher your status level, the deeper the discounts you'll enjoy. Please note that each individual deal can only be utilized once per day.
What are Rewards?
Rewards are available to all TangerClub membership tiers, and are redeemable through earned points. The higher your status level, the wider the variety of deals you can unlock and enjoy.
How do I set up a password for my TangerClub account?
After joining TangerClub, you will be prompted to complete your profile and set up a password.
On your first login, you will be prompted to verify your email address by receiving an email with a link. If you have any trouble with this step, you can request a password reset to be sent to your email address.

If I make purchases at Tanger, will they automatically be linked to my membership account to earn redeemable points?
Yes, any eligible purchase you make with a linked card at participating stores will be automatically linked to your membership account to earn redeemable points. You can view participating stores here. Card linking is available for Gold and Platinum members.
How do I earn redeemable points?
You now have two ways to earn redeemable points!
- Earn points by uploading your receipts within 30 days from your Tanger purchase. Please upload receipts by tapping the three lines in the top left corner of the app. That will pop up a menu. Please select “Choose a Receipt”. You can then upload a file: PNG, JPEG, GIF, or take a photo of your Tanger receipts.
Please be sure your photo is taken in a well-lit area against a plain background. Ensure the photo is of good quality and can be clearly read.
Ensure the required information of date, full amount, store, and Tanger location are visible on your receipt to successfully process. If your receipt is long- please fold the longer half underneath itself and ensure the above-mentioned requirements are within your receipt image- then hit “Use Photo.” - Earn by making a purchase with your linked AMEX or VISA cards. Any eligible purchase you make at participating stores with a linked card will be automatically linked to your membership account to earn redeemable points. You can view participating stores here and you can link your AMEX or VISA card to your account from the “Manage linked cards” option in your account menu. Card linking is available for Gold and Platinum members. Please note that for Canada properties, only VISA cards are accepted for card linking purposes.
How and where do I redeem my points?
Points unlock Rewards within the all-new Tanger experience. These Rewards indicate the required number of points for redemption. If additional points are necessary to access a particular Reward, text will appear indicating how many additional points you need to redeem the Reward. When you’re prepared to utilize your Reward in-store, simply tap “I’m ready to redeem now” and show the subsequent screen to the sales associate at checkout.
Do my status and points expire and when?
Status points earned will accrue over a rolling 12-month period and expire exactly 12 months after they are earned. TangerClub Platinum members need to maintain a $20 Gold Membership subscription and annual spend of at least $500 to maintain their Platinum status. Please refer to the terms and conditions for further details. Points will not expire as long as your membership remains active in Gold or Platinum status. For Members in Blue membership status, points earned will accrue over a rolling 12-month period and expire exactly 12 months after they are earned.
